Britney Spears Circus Sweet 16

A circus-themed Sweet 16! Included the "Big Top" and featured the birthday girl wearing an 8 foot gold python snake. This event showcased talent to include little people, stiltwalkers, and strange animals being paraded around the cocktail hour. Reception under the big top tenting included unique table decor, fabric draped Kissing Booth and Tattoo Artist booth, delicious food stations with a magnificent cake, and talented entertainment.

Snow in South Beach

A holiday party held at a private home with the theme: Snow in South Beach. We were expecting to have an outdoor event, but a front over South Florida called the It's Your Party team into action! Within a few hours, the entire event was covered with multiple tents to make sure the guests would remain dry. An eight piece Rock and Roll band, plexi pool cover as a dance floor, furniture areas and delicious food and libations kept everyone very happy!

The Small Business Commerce Association (SBCA) is pleased to announce that It's Your Party has been selected for the 2009 Best of Business Award in the Party Planning service category. The SBCA 2009 Award Program recognizes the top 5 % of small businesses throughout the country. We are very proud of this National honor; the Press Release is also available online.

Events Solutions November issue

Myrna Swire is a featured designer in the November issue of Event Solutions magazine.

"Myrna Swire, president of Boca Raton, Fla.-based It's Your Party Events, Inc., says you'll see bold hues in table linens for 2010."

The article is titled Rental Furnishings Preview 2010 where lounge furniture is here to stay. Myrna has been designing events with lounge furniture for the past 6 years. The idea to use furniture is not as much a design trend as it is more of a featured element of modern-styled events. For her events, Myrna uses Visions Furniture & Design based out of Sunrise, Florida. She is also a design consultant for Visions, where she helps to conceptualize the most current looks in furniture design and accessories.
